Returns/exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. However, if there is no defect in the product, you will have to pay for the return/exchange shipping fee. If you want to return/exchange an item, please contact our customer center or apply through 1:1 inquiry.

You can cancel before delivery. But if you do not request a cancellation, the order cannot be canceled after the product is shipped. In that case, you have to return it. So please check the product information carefully and make a purchase.

We ship to most areas of the world, but there are some areas where shipping is not possible. The shipping unavailable areas are some areas in each continent and American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific. Shipping to these areas is difficult due to logistics, customs, and tariffs issues. We apologize for any inconvenience.
