★ Refund
- Refunds [if applicable]
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Late or missing refunds [if applicable]
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@auvnua.com.
- Sale items [if applicable]
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
★ Return
- Your satisfaction is our number one priority.! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to AUVNUA for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by AUVNUA will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.
- Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.*
- Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
- After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3 ~ 7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.
- You are liable for submitting the correct shipping address in English characters only. Auvnua is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to errors on the address or absentees at the moment of delivery. A tracking number is provided for every shipment to minimize any risk of lost packages.
- If the order returns to us because of customs or delivery problems and you would like it to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for all the shipping and handling fees. If you would like a refund, we'll refund only the product price and will not include shipping and handling costs incurred at the time of purchase.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
★ Exchange
- We currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
